Coming off a 17-3-3 season, the Hendersonville High boys' soccer team would seem content to repeat last year's success.

It's not.

Assistant Coach T.J. Brown said the Commandos open the season Tuesday (March 11) at Father Ryan with a good chance of topping last year's performance.

"The team is doing very well with the new faces that have joined," Brown said.

In all, there are 35 players on the junior varsity and varsity squads combined, including six seniors: Drew Egan, Austin Erwin, Colton Fischer, Randy Reichenberger, Jesse Roy, and Elliot Ziebart.

Tuesday's game begins at 7 p.m.
